We stand behind every bundle. If your hair arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 30 days at info@luxehairbylen.com and we'll make it right with a free replacement and we cover return shipping on any quality issue.

For unopened, unused bundles in their original packaging, we offer exchanges within 30 days (length, texture, or store credit). Because hair is a hygiene product, we can't accept returns on hair that has been opened, worn, or installed. This protects every customer receiving fresh, untouched bundles.

How to start a return or exchange: Email us at info@luxehairbylen.com with your order number and a short note (plus a photo, for any quality issue). We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
