Where does your hair come from?

All of our hair is 100% raw Indian hair, ethically sourced from single donors and left completely unprocessed — no chemical processing, no synthetic blends.

What does "raw" and "single-donor" mean?

Raw means the hair is in its natural, unprocessed state with the cuticles intact and aligned in one direction. Single-donor means each bundle comes from one person's head rather than being collected and mixed from many sources. Together, this is why our hair tangles and sheds far less than processed or "remy" hair, and why it lasts so long.

Is your hair single drawn or double drawn?

Our bundles are single drawn. Single-drawn hair has naturally varied lengths — fuller at the top with a soft, natural taper toward the ends, exactly like the hair growing from your own head. We've found single-drawn gives the most natural, lived-in look and the best overall quality. If you'd like a thicker, blunter end, add an extra bundle or have your stylist lightly layer the install.

How many bundles do I need?

For most full-head installs, 3 bundles gives a full, natural look — our most popular choice. Choose 4 bundles for maximum density or for lengths 24" and longer. A single bundle is great for added volume or a closure install. Our Bundle Deals save you money versus buying singles.

What lengths and textures do you offer?

We offer Body Wave and Deep Curly textures (plus Blonde 613), in lengths from 18" to 40". Because curly textures shrink, order 2"–4" longer than your target length.

Can I dye, bleach, or heat-style the hair?

Yes. Because it's raw and unprocessed, our hair takes color beautifully and handles heat styling well. It will even revert to its natural wave or curl when wet. We always recommend a professional stylist for bleaching or coloring to protect the integrity of the hair.

How long does the hair last?

With proper care, a single set can last 5+ years. That's what makes raw hair an investment rather than something you replace every few months.

How do I care for my hair so it lasts?

Wash with a sulfate-free shampoo, condition regularly, apply a little oil to keep it soft, detangle gently from the ends up, and wrap it at night. Avoid excessive heat and always use a heat protectant.

How fast do you ship? Do you offer NYC same-day?

Most in-stock lengths ship within 1–2 business days from NYC. Longer lengths (32"+) may be made to order — please allow 7–10 business days. We offer same-day delivery within New York City.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We stand behind every bundle with our 30-Day Luxe Quality Guarantee. If your hair arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right with a free replacement and cover return shipping. Unopened, unused bundles in original packaging can be exchanged within 30 days. Because hair is a hygiene product, we can't accept returns on hair that's been opened, worn, or installed.

Does the hair shed or tangle?

Because our hair is cuticle-aligned and single-donor, shedding and tangling are minimal compared to processed hair. Proper care keeps it smooth and manageable for years.

Can I reuse the hair for a new install?

Absolutely — that's one of the biggest benefits of raw hair. With proper care and removal, the same bundles can be reinstalled many times over their multi-year lifespan.
